Lost Username Or Password

In order to use this facility you MUST have the mobile phone that was used to open the account.

If so then:-

    1. Go to www.24x.com/use
    2. Complete the lower part of the form as though you are opening a new account but enter the SAME mobile number that was used before.

Instead of allocating a new account an SMS text message containing the details of your existing account will be sent to that mobile number.

If you do not have the mobile number then you need to call us on 01903 228100 where we will go through a verification process in order to supply the username or password.
